  Dr Adair and his staff are ethical and highly professional. I first came to Green Valley Orthodontics needing a second opinion about braces and my TMJ. Dr Adair explained the process, plan, and possible outcome and answered all my questions and concerns. The Green Valley Orthodontics team is friendly, kind and respectful. As soon as you step into the office you are greeted and feel welcomed. The facility is new and all state of the art equipment. I also appreciate the flexibility for scheduling appointments. I highly recommend Green Valley Orthodontics.

  GREED WILL RUIN THE NICEST OF PEOPLE AND COMPANIES!!! BAD MARKETING AND A BAD STRATEGY OF THIS OFFICE:, "AFTER PARENTS SPEND ALL THAT MONEY ON BRACES THEY HAVE TO HAVE RETAINERS... OR IT WILL ALL BE FOR NOTHING AS THE TEETH WILL MOVE BACK, AND THIS IS WHERE I GOUGE PEOPLE" It is unfortunate, but it is the truth... if you were in his position, how would you continue to make money off of the clients who just spent years paying off the ortho care. Threaten the clients with teeth that will move if you don't keep coming back for 500.00 retainers that BREAK EVERY YEAR. So he puts the parents between a rock and a hard place when it comes to the after care and DOES NOT stand by his retianer work. GREEDY!!!! and trick bagging people. TURNED AWAY FOR A $50.00 FEE TO REVIEW THE BROKEN RETAINER THAT HE MADE!!!!!!!! AND THE CEMENTED ONE ON THE TOP... HAPPENS TO FALL OUT.. after a year and a half... "OOPSIE... I ONLY GUARANTEE A YEAR... " but required to wear the retainer for long after a year.... see the trick part? AFTER 5 YEARS OF RELATIONSHIP, 4000.00 AFTER INSURANCE LATER WE GOT TURNED AWAY FOR $50.00 THAT I WAS BILLED FOR THE DAY AFTER TURNING OVER HIS BROKEN RETAINER... because the bill was generated the previous month (march 31, appiontment april 4th, WE WEREN'T EVEN SEEN ON APRIL 4TH TO DISCUSS HIS BROKEN RETAINER ISSUE). He hasn't even looked at the retainer and is going to charge to repair it or replace it also? IF HIS WORK IS THAT BAD.... THEN MAYBE THE AFTER CARE FOR THE ORTHO WORK THERE SHOULD BE EVALUATED FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVEN'T GOT THAT FAR YET. He is nice enough during the braces procedure but after... OH WELL FOR YOUR LUCK. GREED Never found out if retainer he made is repairable but we all know he is going to say "nope 250.00 and i'll make another one" that will break. This is our 3rd set in a year and a half. THEN TURNED US AWAY AND DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT THE $50.00 COVERED. I would have to say I don't recall them always being this anal... BUT GREED WILL DO THAT TO THE NICEST PEOPLE I SUPPOSE. SO I now go to vacaville orthodontist who will be evaluating his broken retainer, an exam and consultation for FREE!!!
